Campaign Design

 

Before Proactive can undertake a campaign it is vital that we gain a thorough understanding of what we have been asked to do and the opportunity to make sure that the clients expectations are deliverable. For this reason stage 1 of the campaign planning process below is offered to clients free of charge.

Stage 1 

  • Gain understanding of your products/services
  • Define your target market(s)
  • Identify competitors & threats
  • Define / identify the business objectives
  • Agree realistic expectations
  • Provide an accurate quotation

By working closely with our clients throughout the design stage we can ensure that as a project goes live, every detail has been agreed and the campaign has been given every opportunity to succeed.

Stage 2

  • Agree campaign timetable
  • Define the individual stages required to execute the campaign
  • Agree reporting requirements
  • Identify and quantify existing data sources
  • Identify and negotiate with additional data sources as required
  • Develop the sales proposition to reflect USPs and target market
  • Create scripted call guidelines for each stage as necessary
  • Develop campaign database
  • Quantify, source & deliver training
