Our Agents

 

Each of our agents is a mature, commercially aware communicator with a wealth of experience gained in a wide cross-section of vertical markets. Many have been with Proactive for more than 5 years and as a result, our clients enjoy the comfort and predictability of working with the same team over a period of time rather than constantly having to re-train new agents. This ensures that we reach productivity targets much faster and the quality improves with each new campaign.

 

With a dedicated outbound B2B call centre in Wiltshire and a network of dedicated agents operating remotely from across the UK, we can offer rapid scalability (1 to 10 agents) without the high fixed costs normally associated with large call centres.

Small, flexible teams

 

We offer clients small, dedicated teams of agents with no minimum call volumes. Whilst a typical Proactive campaign would involve 2-3 agents and between 500 and 5000 contacts, we are happy to allocate one agent to make just 50 calls if that is what a client needs.
