REWARD. PAYMENT, RETURN, INCENTIVE

How we charge
 
Whilst every client is unique, there are usually three elements of cost to running a campaign with Proactive.
 
Set-up costs
Typically £1,000 - £2,500 per unique campaign
 
This one-off charge covers the initial design of your campaign, scripting, staff training and database development.
 
Telemarketing Costs
Typically £35 - £40 per hour
 
Our telemarketing agents are charged on an hourly basis, including all calls made to the UK. Should you require us to call international numbers, we reserve the right to increase the hourly rate to cover any additional costs.
 
Project Management Costs
Typically 10% of hourly rate
 
Designed to keep you in control at all times, this charge covers all quality control, client reporting and a dedicated account management.
 
Commission Only?
 
Due to the large number of factors outside of our control, we do not accept campaigns on a "commission only" basis. However, we are very happy to work with clients to develop a shared risk-reward structure on completion of a successful pilot campaign.

These costs should be used as a guide only and are based on an average campaign with a minimum of 3 call attempts per record. As part of our planning process we will agree performance targets with you to reflect the specific requirements of your campaign and provide a fully costed proposal for your approval.
